The Clash are one of the most important punk bands. Starting in London in 1976, The Clash brought together rock, R&B, and reggae influences with explicitly political lyrics to create something all their own. They released their fourth album Sandinista! at the tail end of 1980. The record was a triple-album featuring 36 songs that spanned many different genres. It was certified Gold in the UK and the US and has gone on to be a highly-respected album. This original The Clash poster, in good condition with pinholes in corner and a very small tear in the top right, is a vintage promo piece from 1981 advertising the release of their fourth album Sandanista!
