Annie is a musical. Written by Thomas Meehan with music and lyrics by Charles Strouse and Martin Charnin, the show debuted in 1976. It was a massive hit. The story is heartwarming, following the young life of an orphan named Annie who finds her way to a loving home but faces some complications along the way. It has been revived on Broadway several times and had many touring versions of it, and it was also made into a film several times as well. This vintage Annie sweatshirt, in great condition with a few marks from prolonged storage, is from a production at the Act Two Dinner Theater.
