Caspar Brötzman Massaker released Der Abend Der Schwarzen Folklore album, the group's third, in 1992. CBM was known for their experimental take on hard rock and Der Abend was no different. The songs were long and winding and aggressive. The album was released by the Our Choice label, which had been recently reformed at that time as a subsidiary of Rough Trade. This original two-sided Casper Brötzmann Massaker long sleeve, lightly worn and faded, is from their 1992 album, Der Abend Der Schwarzen Folklore.
