Chuck Schuldiner founded Death, the metal band, in 1983. The guitarist and singer started the Florida-based band after his old band, Mantas, broke up. They released their debut LP Scream Bloody Gore on Combat in 1987. This was arguably the first ever death metal release. Death continued on until Schuldiner's death in 2001, releasing six more albums and basically changing the entire landscape of metal in that time. This original and rare Death shirt, in great condition, is a silver and gold version of this classic metal tee.
