In 1995, Deicide, the death metal band from Tampa, FL, released Once Upon The Cross, their third album. The four piece was founded nearly a decade earlier under various names and had assumed the form that we now know in 1989 when they signed to Roadrunner Records and changed their name. Once Upon The Cross was produced by long-time collaborator Scott burns and was typically evil. This vintage Deicide shirt from 1995, faded and worn, features a reference to the song "Behind The Light Thou Shall Rise" from their album Once Upon The Cross.
