Walt Disney debuted Goofy in 1932, four years after the creation of his pal Mickey. Goofy is, as his name implies, a goofy dog, somewhat clumsy but lovable and silly nonetheless. In fact, Goofy relatably struggles with the quotidian dramas in a way that makes him feel personal and personable despite his aloofness. He has appeared alongside his friends like Mickey and Donald, but he also has had his own movies and shows where he was the star.
