Good Time Charlie is a tattooer. Originally from Texas, Charlie began tattooing in Kansas in the 1950s. Eventually, he wound up in California and helped to cement the style of single needle tattooing that East LA is still known for to this day. He helped opened a few shops, including Tattoo Land in Anaheim, CA. Tattoo Land is still open to this day. This original Good Time Charlie's Tattoo Land shirt from 1986 is in great condition.
