Vintage Gorilla Biscuits NOFX Resurrection "City Gardens" NJ Show Flyer

Gorilla Biscuits are a hardcore band from New York City, founded in 1987 by a group of teenagers. They quickly became one of the most significant groups of their new era, bands that found their home at clubs like CBGBs and the Anthrax and who released records on Ray Of Today's label Revelation Records. Members played in plenty of other important bands of the time like Youth Of Today, Side By Side, and WarZone, and were very involved in supporting the NYHC scene, releasing Schism fanzine, roadieing for YOT, etc. and so on. GB released a 7" and an LP in 1988 and 89 respectively, two monumental records that helped open up the scene into new directions and solidifed themselves as one of the most important bands in the genre's history. They split up in 1991, but reunited once in the 1990s and once again in 2005 and have remained active ever since. Members went on to play in such bands as Quicksand, Civ, and Rival Schools. On November 10, 1991, Gorilla Biscuits played Trenton, NJ's City Gardens with NOFX and Ressurection, an eclectic bill of early 90s punk and hardcore. This original Gorilla Biscuits flyer is in great condition.
