Hands Up! was a hardcore fanzine from the DMV area done by Todd Ransick, singer of Far Cry. This issue, #3, features interviews with Four Walls Falling, Swiz, and Underog as well as reviews and amazing ads. This original copy of Hands Up! is in great condition with normal wear.
