Hank Williams is one of the best and most important country artists of all time. Despite tragically passing at the young age of 29, Williams wrote simple songs of love and loss that would go on to set a precedent for 20th century popular music. His influence is felt deep to this day. Williams, of course, is the father to Hanks Williams Jr. and grandfather to Hank Williams III, both of whom are famous country musicians in their own right.
