I Spit On Your Grave is a horror movie written and directed by Meir Zarchi and released in 1978. The movie is a violent story of a woman who seeks revenge on a group of men who traumatized her. Because of the movie's explicit and violent nature, the film didn't have distribution until 1980, and even when it was released it was met with controversy, even being banned in several countries.
