In Effect was a hardcore fanzine started by Chris Wynne in 1988. The magazine steadily grew over the course of ten years to become one of the most important and and widely read publications in the hardcore scene. Issue #7 featured a stacked lineup of Maximum Penalty, Civ, Cause For Alarm, VOD, and more as well as reviews, ads, and great photos. In Effect wrapped up its print run after its 12th issue but has since resumed publishing through their website. This original copy of In Effect is in great condition.
