KRQR 97.3 FM was a rock radio station in California's Bay Area, more specifically an album-oriented rock station. It was known as "The Rocker." The station existed in that format from 1982 to 1996 and was one of the most popular in the region. Eventually, as tastes and styles changed, the station eventually shifted towards classic rock before completely moving towards adult contemporary in 1996 with the rebrand of KLLC, Alice 97.3. But if you're a rocker, you still remember the era of KRQR fondly. This vintage KRQR shirt from the 1980s is nicely worn.
