The Miami Heat found quick success after their founding in 1988. By 1995, the team was already a playoff contending team, thanks to stars Alonzo Mourning and Tim Hardaway, who would lead the team to four division titles. Shortly after, the Heat was led by All-Star Dwayne Wade. His earlier tenure was spent with Shaquille O'Neal capturing a title in 2006, and shortly after Shaq's departure D Wade was matched with LeBron James and Chris Bosh. This trio led the Heat to back-to-back championships in 2012 and 2013.
