Jazz legend Miles Davis released Amandla in 1989. Davis had perhaps been the best regarded trumpeter since the 50s, and despite a quick hiatus at the end of the previous decade, he spent the 80s redefining his sound and style. Amandla was electric and funky but still overall melodic, featuring such players as Marcus Miller, Al Foster, Michael Landau, and more. It turned out to be one of his last albums, as Davis died in 1991 at the age of 65. This original Miles Davis poster, in great condition with creases from being folded, is from the 1989 release of Amandla.
