Bill Clinton won the 1996 election with ease. He was in office for four years after beating incumbent Geroge H.W. Bush and, despite a rocky midterm season, maintained good standing with voters from all over the country to help solidify a second term with no major issues. He was innagurated on January 20th, 1997 and featured a National Anthem sung by Santita Jackson and a poem read by Miller Williams. This original hat, in great condition, is from the second innaugartion of President Bill Clinton in 1997.
