Their second album A Salt With A Deadly Pepa featured the single "Shake Your Thang," a song that featured the go-go band EU and sampled the Isley Brothers and James Brown. The song chased across the world. They have since won Grammys, released several more albums, and are one of the best selling hip hop groups of all time. They originally split up in 1997, but have performed intermittently since 2005.
