Shallow Hal is a 2001 blockbuster comedy featuring Jack Black and Gwenyth Paltrow. Written and directed by the Farrelly Brothers, the movie grossed $141 million in theaters. The story is about a guy, Hal, who is hypnotized into having people's looks changed based on their inner beauty. So for example, a physically attractive person who is a jerk would appear unattractive and a nice person who is conventionally unattractive would appear attractive. Hilarity and hi-jinx ensue. This vintage Shallow Hall promotional tee, in great condition, was produced by the now-defunct video rental store Hollywood Video for its home release.
