Vintage The Mars Volta "De-loused In The Comatorium" Tour T-Shirt
After the break up of At The Drive In, singer Cedric Bixler-Zavala and guitarist Omar Rodríguez-López formed The Mars Volta, an alternative rock group with progressive leanings. The band found fast success, quickly getting picked up by major label Universal and getting to work with legendary producer Rick Rubin to create their debut album: De-Loused In The Comatorium. They created a concept album that was challenging but rewarding for listeners, and that reached an impressively large audience. The album went to #39 on the Billboard charts. This original Mars Volta shirt, nicely worn in with white paint marks, is from the band's tour in support of their debut album, De-Loused In The Comatorium.
