Thomas G. Pullen was an educator, known for his long tenure as the state superintendent for Maryland and for being the fifth president of the University of Baltimore. He was memorialized by having a school named after him in Landover, MD, a teacher's dream. This vintage Pullen school ringer is nicely worn in great condition.
