Lake Iliamna is a lake in Alaska, located in the southwest part of the state. The body of water is enormous, it is about 1,000 square miles. There are many small towns based on the lake, but it's also known for the fishing. There's also the rumor of the Lake Iliamna Monster. It's a beautiful, serene, and remote stretch of nature.
